In a display of unwavering community support, Kindred Group, the proud sponsor of Middlesbrough FC, is set to make a generous gesture. The front-of-shirt space, typically decorated with the Unibet branding, will be dedicated to the MFC Foundation during the upcoming fixture against Rotherham as part of the club’s special ‘Foundation Weekend.’
This act of philanthropy mirrors a similar initiative from the previous season, where Kindred Group graciously donated the coveted front-of-shirt sponsorship space to the MFC Foundation during the Championship clash against Millwall.
The substitution of the Unibet logo with the MFC Foundation’s emblem aims to shine a spotlight on the foundation’s extensive efforts in supporting individuals of all ages within the local community. The initiative also serves as an invitation to the public to explore and engage with the diverse projects and services offered by the Foundation.
Notably, Kindred Group, in collaboration with other commercial partners of Boro, plays a crucial role in supporting the foundation’s initiatives. The operator, in particular, stands behind the MFC Foundation’s ‘Think With Your Feet’ program, fostering an environment where men can come together to play football and openly discuss mental health issues.
During the upcoming game, eight participants from the MFC Foundation will enjoy a unique experience, watching the match from the hospitality area, meeting Boro ambassadors, and receiving a guided tour of the iconic Riverside Stadium.
