This forthcoming poker tournament, consisting of 22 primary events, will be organized via BetMGM Poker and is expected to signify a significant accomplishment for Borgata Poker.

BetMGM has recently unveiled a collaboration with poker news platform PokerOrg, designating it as the official media partner for the Borgata Winter Poker Open. This event boasts a guaranteed prize pool of $10 million and is slated to be hosted at the East Coast’s prominent poker destination, with the objective of crowning the year’s inaugural poker millionaire. PokerOrg will provide coverage through its Instant Live stream, delivering comprehensive event insights, player stories, and key highlights across multiple social platforms.

Luke Staudenmaier, director of BetMGM Poker, commented: “Players are at the core of everything BetMGM Poker does and PokerOrg amplifies poker players’ stories. The Borgata Winter Poker Open will create countless stories across 22 trophy events and we know PokerOrg is going to bring those stories to life. This is just the start of a thrilling year of omnichannel poker events ahead.”

Eric Hollreiser, CEO of PokerOrg, stated: “Hot off the heels of our coverage in Las Vegas, PokerOrg is excited to be heading East to bring poker fans all the action from the Borgata Winter Poker Open. Players and fans will be able to follow along as PokerOrg’s independent, player-focused, social media style of reporting brings all the characters, hands, bad beats, and hero calls to life via our Instant Live feed and our social channels.”

Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa revealed its plan to host the Winter Poker Open and provide various pathways for player qualification via BetMGM Poker in November 2023. This includes online qualifier packages and exclusive online registration for event seats. Additionally, PokerOrg has already established partnerships with events such as the WSOP Circuit Tour, serving as its official media partner and offering real-time reporting.
