In a significant validation of its environmental pledge, Paf’s Net-Zero commitment has been recognized and endorsed by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). This endorsement not only underscores the credibility of Paf’s climate goals but also signifies alignment with the objectives outlined in the Paris Agreement to limit global warming to 1.5°C.
Paf has set forth ambitious targets to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 90% by 2040, utilizing 2019 emission levels as a baseline. The remaining 10% of emissions will be addressed through a combination of neutralization and carbon offset measures, ensuring a comprehensive approach to emissions reduction.
